Introduction
These Website Terms of Use ("User Agreement") govern your access to and use of diasporajourneys.us (the "Site"), operated by Diaspora Journeys Travel LLC. A "User Agreement" and "Terms of Service" are often used interchangeably; to avoid overlap, this User Agreement covers use of the website itself, while our separate Terms of Service covers the travel-booking relationship. Together with the Privacy Policy, these documents form your website's legal agreements. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this User Agreement, and if you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Related Agreements
Your use of the Site is also subject to our Terms of Service, which governs travel bookings, and our Privacy Policy, which governs personal information. In the event of a conflict regarding a specific booking, the Terms of Service shall control.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to make a booking or submit a form through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of others, such as family members or a group, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to share their information with us.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and refrain from submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You must not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems, nor use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code. Furthermore, you agree not to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data without our prior written permission, or use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose that competes with us.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including the Diaspora Journeys name and logo, text, graphics, itineraries, tour descriptions, forms, and bilingual (English/Burmese) materials—is owned by or licensed to Diaspora Journeys and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content solely for your own personal, non-commercial travel-planning use. You may not reproduce, republish, or otherwise distribute any content without our express written permission.

5. Forms & Submissions
When you submit a form on the Site, such as an inquiry, ambassador application, or partnership request, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that any details regarding other individuals are shared with their permission. We may use your submissions to respond to your requests and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please avoid submitting confidential documents, such as full passport scans, through public forms unless we specifically request a secure method.

6. Accuracy of Site Content
While we work to keep the Site accurate, travel prices, availability, itineraries, and program details change frequently. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Nothing is confirmed until we confirm it with you in writing, and we reserve the right to change or remove site content at any time without prior notice.

7. Third-Party Links & Online Booking Engine
The Site may link to Supplier, partner, or social media sites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, nor does a link imply our endorsement. Additionally, our Site makes available an online booking engine provided by our partner, GTT Global. When you use it, you are transacting directly with GTT Global and/or the relevant airline under their terms, and your payment is processed by their systems. We provide access as a convenience and are not responsible for the engine's operation, availability, pricing, or the results of bookings you complete through it.

8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diaspora Journeys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This section specifically addresses the Site itself; liability relating to travel bookings is addressed separately in our Terms of Service.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diaspora Journeys and its owners and staff from and against any claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of this User Agreement.

11. Governing Law
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any dispute arising under or relating to this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

12. Changes
We may update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are made means you accept the updated version, which will always be posted at diasporajourneys.us.
